Mirror Dimension은 거울을 통해 현실과 디지털 세계의 경계를 흐리며, 몽환적이고 반응형의 공간을 만들어 관람객이 자신의 행동에 따라 가상 세계를 경험할 수 있도록 설계된 인터랙티브 인스톨레이션이다.

이 작품은 방 형태의 공간에 LED 디스플레이로 거울 효과를 구현해, 관람객의 상호작용에 반응하여 현실과 비현실이 교차하는 몽환적 세계를 보여준다. 작품 속에서는 ‘해의 아이’와 ‘달의 아이’가 현실 조명의 변화에 따라 번갈아 등장하며, 각각 다른 분위기와 이야기를 이끈다. 관람객은 조명을 조작함으로써 두 공간을 오가며, 현실과 디지털 세계의 융합, 그리고 인간 내면의 탐구와 성찰을 체험하게 된다. 이 작품은 현대인의 디지털적 삶과 내면적 욕구를 반영하며, 일상적 매개체인 거울을 통해 이질감 없이 두 세계를 연결한다.

Mirror Dimension is an interactive installation that uses mirrors to blur the boundary between reality and the digital world, creating a dreamlike, responsive space where visitors can experience a virtual world shaped by their own actions.

The installation features an LED display in a room-like space that mimics a mirror, responding to visitor interactions to reveal a surreal world where reality and illusion intersect. Inside, “Sun child” and “Moon child” alternately appear as the lighting changes, each guiding a different mood and narrative. Visitors move between these spaces by adjusting the lights, experiencing the fusion of reality and the digital world, and reflecting on their own inner selves. The work reflects the digital lives and inner desires of modern people, using the everyday medium of the mirror to seamlessly connect both worlds.
